Job Title: 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Salary: Up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00 AM start time

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Selects and receives incoming stock efficiently and fulfills orders from stores.
• Relocates merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sorts, organizes, loads merchandise for shipment, and unloads incoming shipments.
• Cleans warehouse, takes inventory counts, and communicates effectively with peers and leadership.
• Inspects products for quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Assists in achieving budget goals and follows safety guidelines.
• Performs tasks accurately, efficiently, and within company procedures.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and collaboration with the team.
• Adapts positively to challenges and drives for success.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment safely.
• Works in various temperatures and environments.
