1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $19.00 to $23.00 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. Collaboration, effective communication, and commitment to excellence are key aspects of this role.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Clean warehouse and participate in inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Achieve budgeted goals and follow company procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Organize and execute efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
