1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage is up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour, depending on shift and schedule differential pay. As a warehouse team member, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, relocating merchandise, loading/unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts. You will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to ensure the warehouse operates smoothly and meets quality standards. Additionally, you will adhere to company policies, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and work both independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

This position requires frequent lifting of up to 45 pounds, product movement, standing, bending, reaching, etc. You must also work in varied temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment safely.
