2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse operations at Aldi. Our associates play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores efficiently. This position is part-time, with fewer than 30 hours per week and a starting wage of $25.75 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with the team.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving goals.
• Independently make decisions within the assigned responsibilities.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting and placing products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operating powered industrial equipment.
• Moving merchandise and working in varying temperatures.
