2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This role offers up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour and an average of 30-35 hours per week. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with team members and warehouse leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise based on handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Clean and organize warehouse to meet safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 45 pounds and operating industrial equipment.
