Job Description
We are hiring a full-time CT Technologist to join Corewell Health's team at Beaumont Grosse Pointe Hospital. As a CT Technologist, you will perform diagnostic CT exams, ensuring high-quality imaging and applying radiation protection principles. This position requires good clinical skills, patient education, and adherence to Corewell Health's Patient and Family Centered Care philosophy.
Responsibilities
- Verify patient identification and physician orders.
- Provide procedural information and education to patients and families.
- Perform CT exams using appropriate techniques.
- Operate CT equipment, ensure quality control, and monitor patient safety.
- Collaborate with medical staff and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- Graduate of a JRCERT Accredited Radiography program.
- 1-3 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Certification by ARRT with additional CT certification within 1 year of hire.
- Basic Life Support Certification required.
