Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care/ Rehab Unit at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide high-quality care to our residents. You will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized nursing care plans, attending to daily unit operations, and assuming leadership responsibilities as needed.
Responsibilities
- Utilize nursing principles and physical assessment skills to meet residents' needs.
- Assist with daily unit operations and take on leadership roles when required.
- Participate in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Provide compassionate and dedicated care to residents in a sub-acute rehabilitation setting.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing with less than one year of experience.
- Valid Practical Nursing license and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and medical equipment operation.
