Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit at LifeBridge Health. As an essential member of our team, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized care plans for residents, ensuring their needs are met. The unit you will be joining offers high-quality post-acute services to help patients recover and thrive after illnesses or injuries.
Responsibilities
- Utilize nursing principles and physical assessment skills to develop and implement care plans.
- Assume a leadership role when necessary and oversee unit operations.
- Participate in daily activities and provide support to residents in a compassionate manner.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent formal education.
- Licensed Practical Nursing license and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
