Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at LifeBridge Health. This full-time position at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD, offers a rewarding opportunity for individuals passionate about providing quality care in a skilled long-term care setting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Clinical Leader/Director of Nursing.
- Assist in the orientation and supervision of nursing personnel.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit, taking on a leadership role at the household level.
Requirements
- Associate's degree and less than 1 year of experience.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification and LPN license.
- Basic physical assessment skills in nursing.
