Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated and compassionate LPN-ACUTE to join LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a full-time Staff Nurse on the Brain Health Unit at Levindale Hospital, you will be an essential part of providing exceptional medical and emotional care to residents and patients.
Responsibilities
- Work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Ensure the daily operations of the unit meet the residents' needs.
- Assume leadership responsibilities as required on a per-shift basis.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited school.
- Valid LPN license and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and medical equipment operation.
