LPN-LTC: Subacute Rehabilitation Unit
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time position with a night shift schedule from 7:00pm to 7:30am, including weekend commitment.
Unit Summary
Hall 1 is a 40-45 bed long-term care unit specializing in subacute rehabilitation for residents with high complexity of needs. The team members in Hall 1 are essential in providing compassionate care and support to our residents.
Job Summary
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to develop and implement individualized nursing care plans for residents. You will also be responsible for the daily operations of the unit and may assume leadership roles as needed.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- Less than one year of experience.
- License for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and experience with medical equipment.
