Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated LPN-ACUTE to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN, you will work in the Brain Health Unit at Levindale Hospital, providing high-quality medical care to our residents and patients. This is a full-time position with a night shift schedule from 7:00pm to 7:30am, including weekend commitments. Responsibilities
- Utilize nursing principles and basic assessment skills to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide leadership and ensure the daily operations of the unit run smoothly.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to meet the residents' needs effectively.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing; graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Valid license for Practical Nursing and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and specialized medical equipment operation.
