Join our team at Levindale Hospital's Subacute Rehabilitation Unit, Hall 1. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care to residents with diverse and complex needs.
Responsibilities
- Work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing.
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assume leadership responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (diploma).
- Licensed Practical Nurse with AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
