Job Description
We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital, part of LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized care for residents, ensuring their needs are met effectively. This role includes attending to daily unit operations, demonstrating compassion, motivation, and dedication to patient care.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assume leadership responsibilities as needed.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to provide quality care.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent formal education.
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing (diploma).
- State license for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
