Job Title: LPN-LTC - Subacute Rehabilitation Unit
We are currently looking for a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. This position requires a night shift commitment from 7:00pm-7:30am, including weekends. As an integral part of our team, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized care to residents and ensure their needs are met.
Unit Summary
Hall 1 is a 40-45 bed long-term care unit specializing in subacute rehabilitation with high complexity of needs. Our staff members must be compassionate, motivated, and dedicated to delivering exceptional care to our residents.
Job Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse will utilize nursing principles and basic assessment skills to develop and implement care plans. You will be responsible for daily unit operations and may assume leadership roles as needed.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing.
- Licensed Practical Nurse certification and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
