Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and skilled LPN-ACUTE to join LifeBridge Health at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As a full-time Staff Nurse on the Brain Health Unit, you will provide exceptional medical and emotional care to residents and patients in need of post-acute services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit and take on leadership responsibilities as required.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to ensure the well-being of residents.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- Licensed Practical Nursing certification and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment such as IV Pumps and EKG Machines.
