Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital, a part of LifeBridge Health. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized care to residents, assess their needs, and ensure their well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Attend to daily operations of the unit on a shift basis.
- Assume leadership responsibilities as required.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- Valid License for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
