American Family Insurance is seeking a Property Field Claims Adjuster based in North St. Paul, MN. As a Property Field Claims Adjuster, you will investigate, evaluate, and settle property claims, working with insureds, claimants, and various experts to deliver exceptional customer service.
You will handle 1st and 3rd party claims, evaluate damages, negotiate settlements, and ensure compliance with policy coverages. This role requires expertise in identifying complex issues, interpreting policies, and providing solutions to customers.
We are looking for candidates with property field adjusting experience or a background in mitigation/construction project management. A valid driver's license and the ability to obtain state-specific property casualty claims licensing are required. Successful candidates will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, demonstrated experience in multi-line claims, and a customer-focused approach.
