Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Special Procedure Tech to join Corewell Health, a leading healthcare provider. In this role, you will provide direct care to patients undergoing Heart and/or Vascular procedures. Your responsibilities will include assisting physicians, monitoring patients, operating equipment, and ensuring quality patient care. The position requires technical skills, communication abilities, and adherence to Corewell Health standards. Responsibilities
- Assist physicians during procedures and provide quality patient care.
- Perform IV starts, monitor hemodynamics, and document procedures.
- Ensure compliance with radiation safety standards and Corewell Health guidelines.
- Participate in on-call rotations and maintain technical equipment.
Requirements
- Educational background in Radiography, Cardiovascular Technology, or related field.
- Previous experience in EP, Cath Lab, or IR settings.
- Certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and RT status.
- Strong communication, computer, and customer service skills.
