Job Description

We are hiring for the position of Assistant Retail Manager at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing store operations, supervising the team, and ensuring a high level of customer service.

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $24.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to the team.
• Identify training opportunities for team development.
• Maintain store cleanliness and signage standards.
• Ensure inventory procedures and cash control policies are followed.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in a retail environment preferred.
