Assistant Retail Manager at Aldi
We are looking for an Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Retail Manager, you will play a key role in managing store activities, ensuring overall store performance, managing schedules, developing operational action plans, and identifying training opportunities to grow the team.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 38 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $24.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement action plans to improve store operations.
- Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team.
- Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
- Monitor the competitive environment and provide feedback for product improvement.
- Supervise day-to-day store operations and ensure customer service excellence.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Prior retail management experience preferred.
