Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist the store manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring optimal performance, managing schedules, and fostering team development. Responsibilities

• Help develop and implement action plans to enhance store operations.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and make recommendations to maintain our position.
• Ensure compliance with inventory procedures, product handling, and cash control policies.
• Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest level of customer service.
• Adhere to company policies and uphold document security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older to be employed at Aldi.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of retail experience.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
