Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking a Full-Time RN to join our team based in Newark, DE and surrounding areas. As an integral part of our dedicated team, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement care plans, and deliver patient-centered services that uphold the highest standards of quality and compassion.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Develop and implement care plans that are goal-oriented, patient-centered, and resource-consistent.
- Must be IV proficient; training provided with an expectation of proficiency within 90 days.
- Develop discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years of start date.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- 2 years of HomeHealth RN experience in the last 12 months.
- IV proficiency or willingness to train and perform IV functions.
