Job Description
We are excited to announce an In-Person Nursing Hiring Event at ChristianaCare. We are currently seeking a Full-Time RN to join our HomeHealth team. The successful candidate will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, develop care plans, and ensure patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Develop and implement goal-oriented, patient-centered care plans.
- Assist in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years of start date.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
- Experience in Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical preferred.
- IV proficiency or willingness to train and perform IV functions.
