Job Description
We are looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Home Care team at ChristianaCare. Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement patient-centered care plans and work towards patient goals.
- Participate in discharge planning for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
Job Details
- Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per diem.
- Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour.
- Expected Hours: 20 – 40 per week.
