Job Description
We are looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join ChristianaCare's HomeHealth team. The successful candidates will provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community, ensuring goal-oriented, patient-centered care. If you possess a current DE LPN license and are dedicated to making a difference in patients' lives, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients.
- Implement goal-oriented and patient-centered care plans.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.

$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
