Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and contributing to a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Stock and merchandise products, operate the cash register, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and handling customer transactions.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
