Job Description
Join ALDI as a Part-Time Stocker/Cashier and contribute to enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. As part of our collaborative team, you will be responsible for operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and providing excellent customer service. Position Details
Position Type: Part-Time
Average Hours: Fewer than 30 per week
Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour
Responsibilities
Cashier Responsibilities:
- Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness.
- Provide exceptional customer service and feedback to management.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
Stocker Responsibilities:
- Stock shelves with fresh products and adhere to merchandising guidelines.
- Organize inventory, operate machinery, and ensure safety procedures.
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
