We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, maintaining cleanliness, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Assist customers, process purchases, and maintain store cleanliness
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Comply with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
