Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products and issues.
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures to ensure store security.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
