Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing a team of warehouse personnel, ensuring compliance with safety and operational guidelines, and driving continuous improvement in performance.

Responsibilities

• Establish and modify daily work schedules to meet warehouse needs.
• Oversee the receiving, selection, and shipping of products to stores.
• Implement action plans to enhance operational results.
• Supervise and train warehouse personnel for maximum productivity.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage controllable expenses and maintain inventory efficiency.
• Promote a safe working environment and address potential hazards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict management abilities.
