3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join Aldi, a leading company in the retail industry. As the Operations Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, manage a team of associates, and ensure efficient and safe handling of products. This is a full-time role with an average of 45 hours per week and a starting salary of $85,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Establish and modify daily work schedules to meet warehouse needs.
• Coordinate and supervise tasks of warehouse personnel to ensure timely and accurate receiving, selecting, and shipping of products.
• Develop action plans to improve operational efficiency and results.
• Provide leadership, training, and development to direct reports for optimal performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor and manage expenses, inventory, and employee payroll.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated competencies in positive attitude, resilience, leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in varying temperatures, lift and carry weights up to 45 pounds, and stand, bend, reach, and walk for extended periods.
