Cashier/Stocker (Part-Time)

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and diligent Cashier/Stocker (Part-Time) to join the team at Aldi. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for processing customer purchases, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the store's cleanliness. As a Stocker, you will stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain a well-organized store environment. Both roles require excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a team, and a dedication to upholding company standards.

Position Type

Part-Time, fewer than 30 hours per week

Starting Wage

$18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

Cashier duties include collaborating with team members, upholding security protocols, processing purchases, and adhering to cash handling procedures. Stocker responsibilities involve stocking merchandise, following merchandising plans, and operating machinery safely. Both positions require physical demands like lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

Applicants must be 18 years or older, have excellent customer service skills, and be able to interpret company policies. Cashiers need efficient cash handling abilities, while Stockers should be capable of using equipment safely and effectively.

Education and Experience

A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with work experience in a retail setting. Candidates with a mix of education and experience will also be considered.
