Positions Available:

We are hiring Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem LPNs to support New Castle County, DE. Shifts may include day or night hours, one weekend per month, and 2 holidays per year.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients
• Implement patient-centered care plans
• Participate in discharge planning

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Current DE LPN license or compact state license

Job Types:

• Per diem, Part-time, Full-time

Pay:

• $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours:

• 20-40 hours per week
