Opportunity
We are seeking Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem LPNs to join our HomeHealth team in New Castle County, DE. The role involves providing skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implementing care plans, and developing discharge plans.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license
Job Details
- Job Types: Per diem, Part-time, Full-time
- Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
- Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
- Weekly schedule: 5x8, Monday to Friday, Rotating weekends
- Work Location: In person
