Role
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is hiring Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem LPNs to support New Castle County, DE. Shifts include day or night, one weekend/month, and 2 holidays/year.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement goal-oriented care plans consistent with available resources.
- Participate in discharge planning.
Requirements
- HSD or GED required.
- Must hold a current DE LPN license or compact state license.
Job Details

- Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
