Role
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is hiring Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem LPNs to support New Castle County, DE. The roles involve day or night shifts, one weekend per month, and two holidays per year.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement patient-centered care plans.
- Participate in discharge planning.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED.
- Current DE LPN license, or compact state license.

$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
