Role
We are seeking Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem LPNs to support New Castle County, DE. Work hours include day/night shifts, one weekend/month, and 2 holidays/year.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement patient-centered care plans.
- Participate in discharge planning.
Requirements:
- HSD or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
