Job Description
We are currently hosting an in-person hiring event for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in HomeHealth at ChristianaCare. Join our team to work in a supportive environment that values your expertise and provides comprehensive OASIS-E training. You will have the opportunity to care for geriatric patients in the community, implement patient-centered care plans, and contribute to the discharge planning process.
Responsibilities
- Administer skilled nursing care and treatments to geriatric patients.
- Implement goal-oriented care plans consistent with available resources.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
