Position
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is hiring Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem LPNs for New Castle County, DE. Day or night shifts, one weekend a month, and two holidays yearly.
Duties
- Provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement goal-oriented care plans.
- Participate in discharge planning.
Requirements
- HSD or GED required.
- Current DE or compact state LPN license.
Compensation
- Job Types: Per diem, Part-time, Full-time.
- Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour.
- Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week.
