Job Description
Join our team at ALDI as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist. In this full-time position, you will play a key role in ensuring our store is well-organized, products are well-merchandised, and customers receive exceptional service. With a starting wage of $17.50 per hour, you will work 32-40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Consistently demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays with care.
- Provide top-notch customer service, aiding customers in their shopping experience.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and overall store performance.
- Participate in store inventory counts as per guidelines and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies to minimize losses and uphold company standards.
- Follow all company policies and procedures to maintain document security and confidentiality.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
- Ability to provide prompt, courteous, and excellent customer service.
- Interpret and apply company policies and procedures accurately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Work independently and in a team effectively.
- Stay organized, detail-oriented, and multitask efficiently.
- Meet state and local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages.
