Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service to enhance shopping experiences
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Assist in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and ensure compliance with company procedures
• Perform physical tasks related to stocking and store maintenance

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
• Ability to operate store equipment safely and efficiently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
