Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your focus will be on providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the team to create a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support customer shopping needs.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Capable of operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
