Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to deliver an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills) values consistently.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
  • Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide courteous customer service.
  • Efficient operation of a cash register and equipment.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
