Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's visual appeal. By delivering exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with the ALDI team, you will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to company's policies and procedures.
  • Operate cash register efficiently and comply with cash policies.
  • Perform general cleaning duties and maintain store cleanliness.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate equipment and machinery.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail work experience is a plus.
