We are looking for a meticulous and customer-focused individual to join ALDI as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist. Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain cleanliness of the store to uphold ALDI's high standards.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
  • Conduct inventory checks and report product issues or discrepancies to the management team.
  • Follow cash handling procedures and contribute to a secure store environment.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring the confidentiality and security of information.
  • Participate in store inventory counts and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks proficiently.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail, organization skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
