Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandised, and delivering exceptional customer service experiences. This position is full-time, offering 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Conduct inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
