Join the ALDI team as a Full-Time Store Associate! In this role, you'll play a vital part in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. From merchandising and stocking to cashiering and maintaining cleanliness, you will work collaboratively with your team to ensure the store is at its best.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Stock and maintain displays
- Work closely with team members and management
- Assist in inventory management and cashier duties
- Follow company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to operate a cash register and equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
