Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
- Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and ensure product organization.
- Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently.
- Comply with company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality standards.
- Contribute feedback to management regarding products, inventory, and customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Ability to handle equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
