Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P).
- Process customer purchases, maintain clean store environment, and stock products neatly.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and maintain accuracy.
- Follow cash policies and company procedures diligently.
- Adhere to security and confidentiality protocols.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of executing general cleaning duties to company standards.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.
- Meeting state requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail work experience is a plus.
